CONROE, Texas — Detectives from the Conroe Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Division apprehended a suspect involved in a fraud scheme at a John Deere dealership on February 2, 2026.
The investigation began when detectives were alerted to a suspicious credit application using fraudulent information, according to a press release from the Conroe Police Department. Financial Crimes Detectives G. Vradenburg and J. Roper coordinated with the dealership to monitor the transaction. When the suspect arrived to finalize the purchase, detectives intercepted the individual.
