Authorities in Texas have shared the identities of the two young girls who drowned in their backyard pool after sneaking outside.
On Friday, Feb. 13, the Harris County Institute of Forensic Science told PEOPLE that the toddler girls who drowned during an incident on Wednesday, Feb. 11, were 2-year-old Kelsey Kite and 3-year-old Kinsley Kite. Both girls’ causes of death were listed as pending.
Speaking to local media on Thursday, Feb. 12, the Harris County Sheriff’s Office said the two girls were pronounced dead after they were found in a swimming pool at the home in Katy, Texas, where they lived with their mother and grandparents, per KPRC…
