The Market at Valley Ranch, a retail shopping center, will be coming soon to Porter, a spokesperson for the property’s broker, Blue Ox Group, confirmed via email Feb. 19. The types of businesses at the center will likely include:
- Medical clinics
- Fitness centers
- Restaurants
- Child day care/education centers
Construction on the shell buildings at The Market at Valley Ranch are slated to be complete by the fourth quarter of this year, the spokesperson said. The construction start date and opening date are TBD…
