Woodlands-based Signorelli Company is adding a 20-acre “social hub” to its 188-acre mixed-use development in New Caney aimed at bringing the community together daily.
The 20-acre Village Green located in the Marketplace at Valley Ranch will include dining, retail and wellness options, according to information from the Signorelli Company. The Village Green will feature walkable pathways and bike-friendly lanes connecting open public spaces to businesses. It will include about 190,000 square feet of retail space with about 40,000 square feet of office space.
