The 2026 Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo is underway, and new this year is the 1932 Cattleman’s Club, a pop-up steakhouse from Fertitta Entertainment.
“The Rodeo has meant a lot to our family and to our business, so when we saw there was a chance to do something like this, we could not pass it up,” Patrick Fertitta said.
