While motorists could see The Woodlands Express buses decked out in a new look this year, township Chairman Brad Bailey balked at a design presented by staff, calling it “too cartoony.”
The township, nevertheless, voted 6-1 to allow staff to develop a new design for the buses during a Feb. 26 meeting. Bailey was the lone nay vote.
