HOUSTON, Texas — An 18-year-old man has been charged with murder following a fatal stabbing at an apartment complex on Redford Street.
Luis Vazquez, 18, is facing murder charges in the 183rd Criminal District Court for the death of 41-year-old Talha Abdul, according to a press release from the Houston Police Department.
