Houston’s famous Viet-Cajun food scene has received a major boost with the opening of a newly redesigned restaurant in Asiatown.

Two popular concepts—Crawfish Cafe and Pho Prime—have launched a large, dual-concept dining space that brings Vietnamese comfort food and Gulf Coast seafood together in one vibrant location. The new 10,000-square-foot restaurant sits at 11209 Bellaire Boulevard and represents a major upgrade for both brands.

A New Home for Houston’s Viet-Cajun Cuisine

The new restaurant is operated by Mamba Hospitality Group, founded by Kiet Duong and Julie Nguyen. According to Duong, the opening celebrates the cultural mix that defines Houston’s food scene.
