Spring resident Hannah McClintock said she rejoices in moments that seem little but have big meaning for her 2-year-old son, Tucker McClintock.
Tucker was born with a rare condition known as lower urinary tract obstruction. This led the toddler to have a kidney transplant last October.
“Tucker is a living, breathing miracle that defied all the odds against him,” Hannah said. “He came into this world not breathing and having a stroke with no kidneys working to now walking, talking and breathing on his own with a brand new kidney and living life just the way a little boy should.”…
