Central Texas’ top girls soccer playoff seeds in Class 6A — Dripping Springs, Round Rock, Lake Travis and Vandegrift — all advanced past their bi-district foes last weekend as the UIL state playoffs began around the state. And there are more Austin-area teams also still alive: Johnson in 6A, Cedar Park, Hendrickson, Georgetown, Anderson and LASA in Class 5A, and Wimberley in Class 4A.
