A new estimated opening date has been announced for The Kebab Shop restaurant slated to open in Valley Ranch Town Center in New Caney, a spokesperson for the center’s developer, The Signorelli Co., confirmed via email April 14. The 2,400-square-foot location was originally expected to open last fall, but the project was delayed.
