America is celebrating its Declaration of Independence from Great Britain in the coming months. The Rotary Club of Conroe is hosting it annual Pancake Supper with this America 250 theme this coming Thursday from 5 to 8 pm at Honor Café in historic downtown Conroe.
The Color Guard from the Sons of the American Revolution along with their counterparts from the Daughters of the American Revolution will provide authentic Colonial Attire to add to the evening festivities. Tickets for this event are available online at the website for the Rotary Club of Conroe by doing a web search. Adults are only $25 with youngsters 12 and under at $10. While there, check with these Revolutionary War descendants to see how you might qualify to become a member of these organizations. Funds raised at this event will be used by the Rotary Club of Conroe for its youth Projects in the Conroe Community.
