Spanning 328 acres along the high-growth U.S. 59 and I-69 corridor, the Azalea District will blend residential living with healthcare, wellness, retail, dining and hospitality.
125 acres are reserved for Azalea’s commercial development, with healthcare services as the focus. The district’s prime location provides access for the rapidly growing population in Montgomery County, projected to reach nearly 600,000 residents within 12 miles of Valley Ranch by 2030.
