A routine traffic stop escalated into a major narcotics investigation that led to the seizure of more than 1,000 pounds of methamphetamine concealed in a trailer and at the suspect’s home, according to law enforcement officials.
During the stop, detectives claimed finding roughly 396 kilos (or 873 pounds) of meth stashed inside a false compartment of a trailer.
