Conroe public information officer arrested, charged with felony injury to a child

Conroe Public Information Officer Andrew Yousse has been arrested three times and is facing a felony charge after authorities allege he injured a child in February.

Yousse, 55, was arrested March 2 and charged with injury to a child under the age of 14, a third-degree felony. He was released on March 3, according to jail records.
