Einstein Bros Bagels is one of the eateries set to open at the new ground-up retail strip development in Spring. According to a recently filed permit, the new Einstein Bros Bagels shop is expected to open at 2015 Rayford Rd, STE 100.
Construction on the new storefront is slated to start in late August and wrap up at the end of January 2027. If all goes well with the $350,000 construction project, the new Einstein Bros Bagels store should be open early next year.
