CRANE, Mo. — The Crane Police Department responded to an incident over the weekend, where they learned that a man had allegedly fired multiple gunshots from his window.
According to online court dockets, David Hively, born in 1961, of Crane, has been charged with a felony of unlawful use of a weapon and a misdemeanor of unlawful discharge of a firearm.
