Court documents allege $336K in losses tied to Greene County building business

BILLINGS, Mo. — A Billings contractor is accused of taking more than $336,000 from customers who paid for building projects that were allegedly never finished. In some cases, the projects were allegedly never started.

Kevin Alvin Greenhaw, owner of Greenhaw Buildings LLC, is charged in Greene County with multiple felony counts, including deceptive business practice, financial exploitation of an elderly or disabled person, lien fraud and stealing by deceit, according to court records filed by the Missouri Attorney General’s Office.

According to the probable cause statement from an AG investigator, Greenhaw entered into agreements with customers between June 2024 and August 2025 to build homes, garages, and other structures on their properties…
