Deputies: Woman left child unattended during trip to Sonic, Branson dispensary

ROCKAWAY BEACH, Mo. — A Taney County woman is accused of leaving a child home alone for more than two hours before a neighbor found the child in the roadway, “scared,” according to court documents.

Alysha Strum, born in 1993, is charged in Taney County with three counts of felony first-degree, first-offense child endangerment.

According to the probable cause statement from the Taney County Sheriff’s Office, a neighbor called authorities on June 5 after finding a child alone outside a home in Rockaway Beach. When a deputy made contact with Strum, she allegedly said, “I did it, I f— up,” according to the statement…
