SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) – Springfield city leaders are targeting temporary signs placed along roads, sidewalks, and other public spaces, saying the signs can become trash and pose a safety concern.
City Councilman Craig Hosmer sponsored a new city Council bill aimed at signs placed in the public right-of-way or on public property.
