SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) – A stomach bug is making the rounds and putting a damper on some people’s summer plans.
Cindy Griessel, a physician assistant with Mercy, said the illness isn’t always showing up like a typical stomach virus.
“But it’s really kind of presenting not like we normally think of like nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, although that’s part of it. It’s really presenting with just kind of this vague abdominal pain … enough that my patients have felt like they couldn’t go to work or couldn’t really do their normal activities,” Griessel said…
