Taney County man accused of firing warning shot during neighborhood dispute

ROCKAWAY BEACH, Mo. — Court documents say a week-old argument nearly turned deadly when a Rockaway Beach man allegedly confronted another man with a shotgun and fired a round over his head after demanding an apology.

According to online court dockets, Robert Dale Dixon, born in 1964, is charged in Taney County Circuit Court with unlawful use of a weapon, armed criminal action, and resisting/interfering with an arrest for a felony – all felonies.
