GALENA, Mo. — A Springfield man has been charged after law enforcement says he attempted to disarm police after an incident involving the man exposing himself to a juvenile.
According to online court dockets, John Manco, born in 1989, has been charged with attempting to disarm a peace officer or correctional officer while performing official duty, sexual misconduct involving a child under 15 and resisting arrest for a felony.
