SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — A Springfield woman is suing a Nixa man after she says a dispute over a dog being walked through her yard ended with her being shoved into a concrete pillar and suffering a broken collarbone.
Sharon Mayo filed the lawsuit against William Young on Tuesday, Aug. 11, in Greene County Circuit Court. Young is a Nixa resident, per court dockets.
