A Rogersville man faces four misdemeanor charges in Livingston County following an investigation that began with a report of suspicious activity at a Chillicothe apartment complex.
Dustin Cole Trent, of Rogersville, is charged with driving while intoxicated as a prior offender, a class A misdemeanor; driving while his license was suspended, a class D misdemeanor; driving without a valid license, a class D misdemeanor; and first-degree trespass, a class B misdemeanor. The charges were filed Aug. 24 in Livingston County Associate Circuit Court.
The allegations stem from an incident Aug. 23 on Webster Street in Chillicothe.
