SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — Organizations and tenant leaders are leading the fight for a Right to Counsel (RTC) program in Springfield.
On Saturday afternoon, Springfield Tenants Unite (STUN) hosted a town hall at Resurrection Church to inform residents about Right to Counsel, which would ensure that tenants facing eviction have access to legal representation.
