SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) – A Springfield woman died following a two-vehicle crash Tuesday night.
Officers responded to the crash at Kearney and Benton at 10:48 p.m. Sept. 2. A woman driving a 2013 Chevy Traverse eastbound on Kearney turned left into a business in the 400 block of E. Kearney and crossed into the path of another driver who was driving westbound in a 2008 Mercedes-Benz. Both drivers suffered life-threatening injuries.
The passenger in the Chevy Traverse, Tesia Ta, 34, of Springfield, was transported to the hospital, where she later died.
