LAWRENCE CO., Mo. (KY3) – Law enforcement agencies in two southwest Missouri counties are asking the public for help identifying suspects believed to be involved in two separate property crimes.
Lawrence County Church Burglary
The Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office is trying to identify a man deputies say was involved in a burglary at a church in rural Everton.
Surveillance photos captured the suspect wearing light-colored shorts, a dark shirt, and a hat. The pictures show the man walking up carrying an object he uses to pry the door.
Anyone who recognizes this individual or has information about the break-in is urged to call the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office at 417-466-2131.
Clever Theft Investigation
Meanwhile in Christian County, Clever Police are searching for a suspected thief in connection with a theft that occurred within city limits.
Investigators released a photo of a man wearing dark-colored pants, a blue hoodie, and a hat who they believe may be involved in the crime.
