An event on Saturday, September 12, will honor the 343 NYFD firefighters and first responders who lost their lives because of the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001.
The Springfield Area Memorial Stair Climb will take place at Route 66 Stadium. Nearly 400 people are already signed up to walk or climb the equivalent of 110 stories – the number of floors in the World Trade Center buildings.
