SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — Downtown business owner Jamie Logan said that if he had been asked a few years ago how he felt about downtown Springfield’s safety, he would have a much different answer than he does now.
“I was on the other side of downtown, and it was a lot rougher down there,” Logan said. “My perspective has changed a lot being on this side.”
