AURORA, Mo. (KY3) – People in Aurora say they are experiencing sticker shock from Liberty Utilities, with electric bills skyrocketing into the thousands and little explanation from the company.
Sara Hooker says she hasn’t received a bill since last year — now she owes thousands.
