WEBSTER COUNTY, Mo. (KY3) – Investigators are following leads on a stolen trailer out of West Plains, which broke a much bigger case. The Webster County sheriff describes it as a “chop shop” case where they found multiple stolen cars, trailers, and weapons. So far, eight people have been arrested, accused of stripping vehicles and reselling parts.
