ROGERSVILLE, Mo. (KY3) – A judge will consider a plea deal offered to a Rogersville woman accused of illegally operating a daycare where an infant died seven years ago. Cheri Beason faces 34 criminal charges of felony child abuse and neglect. Investigators say she put a person in charge to watch more than 20 children in August of 2017. Brynlee Jones, a four-month-old girl, died from what detectives say was “unsafe sleeping.”
