A woman has been the second person arrested and charged with animal abuse in connection with a raid on a property in Galena. Jessica Jean Johnson, 30, was booked into the Stone County Jail on Friday, Jan. 26, charged with 28 counts of animal abuse. She was released later the same day on $10,000 bond.
