NIXA, Mo. (KY3) – Some neighbors are upset over rezoning land in Nixa near the Shady Acres subdivision. They’re concerned about the business that could open next door. “We have learned that the buyer, or the potential buyer, is indeed a representative who works with the Dollar General corporation,” said Kimberly Moyna, a neighbor. “The possibility for what may go into this location would be the wrong direction for the city of Nixa.”
