SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) – Springfield police, fire, and City Utilities are investigating a crash that led to an evacuation in Springfield on Saturday afternoon. According to the Springfield Police Department, around 12:10 p.m., authorities responded to the area of E. Cherokee Street and S. Kentwood Avenue for a car that crashed into a gas main.
