AURORA, Mo. – The Aurora-Marionville Police Department was called out to White Park in Aurora this afternoon- but not for their normal police work.
Instead, officers participated in a city-wide snowball fight at the park.
The police department was disappointed, however, when only a few community members came to join in on the wintery fun.
“Don’t advertise a snowball fight and expect AMPD not to show up!!! Where was everyone??” the police department posted on Facebook.
The department also shared some photos of their officers having fun in the snow Monday afternoon.
