A bill was passed in Springfield having to do with slot machines. Springfield City Council has approved a bill that will ban entertainment devices or no-chance games that offer folks monetary prizes. Springfield City Council has deemed those types of games illegal. City Administrator Michael Schumacher says that the city of Lebanon is monitoring the situation closely.
