A new initiative by the City of Springfield to restore Jordan Creek will put Missouri State University Brick City parking lots under construction later this fall. The Stormwater Engineering Division is leading the project known as Renew Jordan Creek. Currently, these engineers are bidding on the project with the hopes of beginning construction in the fall and continuing their work through 2026. The initiative’s main purpose is to daylight Jordan Creek.
