SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3)-A Springfield organization will use a more than $500,000 grant to address youth gun violence in the city. The Gun Safety and Gun Violence Reduction Collaboration prioritizes gun safety. The group will use the money to research where and why violence occurs and develop workshops to help youth find better outlets for their anger.
