Observed: Meatballs temped at 108.0F and ground beef temped at 128.0F, both found in middle section of steam table. Manager notified and both meatballs and ground beef were voluntarily discarded. It was found that the middle section of the steam table was not adequately touching the water in the lower section, causing the food to not be properly hot held. Steam table adjusted accordingly and education provided. Corrected on site.
Nonpriority Violations Found: 1
Observed: Multiple ceiling tiles are missing on the ceiling of the hot water heater room. Ceiling tiles are to be replaced.
