SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3)-The Springfield Police Department issued an endangered person advisory Thursday night regarding a missing girl. Kaitlynn Skye Hill, 15, was dropped off at school but did not return on the bus. Police say Hill has developmental delays. She is five feet, six inches tall, weighs 100 pounds, has brown hair and brown eyes, and wears glasses.
