Walk to End Trafficking in Springfield brings awareness to the nationwide issue

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) – Walkers participated in the Walk to End Trafficking in Springfield on Saturday. It happened along with 500 other walks across the country. The hope is to raise awareness of human trafficking, as one of the first steps to fighting trafficking is knowing it even exists. Walkers looped around Jordan Valley Park, with signs all along the path offering detailed information about human trafficking: what it looks like, who it affects, how to help.
