SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) – Folks in a southeast Springfield neighborhood received notices that their sewer hookup will cost them tens of thousands of dollars out of pocket. City leaders tell On Your Side that they regret the wording of that letter. The topic was brought up and voted on at Monday’s city council meeting.
