One of the big questions surrounding this weekend’s matchup with Missouri is whether quarterback Brady Cook will be ready to start for the Tigers. The 6-foot-2, 212 pounder was one of the best quarterbacks in the SEC last season, but he took a big hit in the second game and has dealt with multiple injuries throughout the season. In eight games played, Cook has completed less than 62 percent of his passes and averaged 196 yards passing per outing, over 60 yards fewer per game than in 2023. He also has not been as mobile this year either, which is not good news for him if he is ready to play, considering the defensive front he would be facing on Saturday.
