SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3/ Edited News Release) – Springfield Public Schools announced Friday it has reduced positions across the district due to upcoming budget reductions. According to this message from SPS, over the next two years, the district will have to reduce an additional $15 million on top of the current operating budget cut of $15 million.
