The National Library of Medicine reports an annual average of 11,000 injuries and 100 deaths annually attributed to shoveling snow. It’s essential to listen to your body. If you can’t catch your breath or feel a shooting pain, it’s time to reevaluate.
“If you start filling muscle strain, you know, again, whatever part of the body, that is, the lower extremities, the upper extremities, are back.
