Mental evaluation suspends case against woman accused of deadly crash in Lawrence County

CASSVILLE, Mo. – The quadruple-murder case against a woman accused of running down a group of motorcyclists in Lawrence County in 2023 has been suspended as the court awaits the results of a mental examination.

Barry County Judge Alan Blankenship suspended the case after an order for a mental exam of Theresa Manetezke was submitted to the Missouri Department of Mental Health on March 12.
