SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — A woman from Springfield has been charged after allegedly hitting a skateboarder and leaving the scene in 2024.
According to a criminal complaint filed in court on Thursday, April 10, Tammy Lee Spriggs, born 1988, faces felony charges of leaving the scene of an accident resulting in physical injury and driving while intoxicated resulting in physical injury.
