If you’ve driven by 12004 Lackland in St. Louis, Missouri over the past few years, this is likely what you saw.
That Hardee’s is now long gone which is a void that will soon be occupied by a completely different type of food joint. Shorty’s Diner is opening their first Missouri location here soon according to St. Louis Magazine.
Their official website says “It’s Not Fancy. It’s Not Fat-Free. It’s Just The Way It Used To Be!”
When will Shorty’s Diner in Missouri be opening?
The report said early May, but the Shorty’s website appears like it could be ready to go just about any day now. There’s one Yelp reviewer in St. Louis that seems a bit impatient as she gave Shorty’s 1-star just for not being open yet. Yikes. I’m no Yelp expert, but I don’t think that’s how Yelp reviews are supposed to work…
